A simple solution has been developed to help facilities
account for and screen thousands of visitors,
contractors, volunteers and employees who pass
thorough their doors each year.

LobbyGuard's intuitive touchscreen
technology captures pertinent information regarding
each visitor including the individual's name, affiliation,
photograph, date, time and duration of their visit.
Once the visitor's information has been captured,
LobbyGuard prints and easy-to-see visitor badge
which allows security personnel and building employees
to identify each visitor at a glance.
Some facilities have taken the next level of
security by choosing to implement the license
or state ID scanner which LobbyGuard will scan
against all available police department lists
of wanted criminals, sex offenders and those
with open orders of protection. A 'red flag'
message notifies facility staff or security personnel
and the visitor is rejected. |
